Jay’s expertise includes project management, budget planning, operations for lifestyle, resort/hotel, master-planned, luxury residential, commercial, and high-rise condominiums, vendor management, new construction, and acquisition onboarding. He has built a team with complementary experience to provide Sunrise-managed properties with resident satisfaction and specialized hands-on management.
