Board and Committee Meeting Preparation – we assist with the preparation of meeting notices, Board meeting minutes, agendas, and posting notices, all following local Statutes.
Management of Governing Documents – we provide monitoring of violations throughout the community based on the governing documents and input on changes or alterations of regulations or interpretation of rules.
State and Federal Compliance – we assist with maintaining compliance with State and Federal requirements.
Resident Communications – we prepare and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, notices, work orders, etc. We also provide a free welcome package to new unit owners.
Resale Closing Requirements – we provide guidance for properly handling resale closing requirements.
On Call – we have 24-hour on-call emergency service.
